Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at escala.official.eg@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed quickly and changes may not be possible. We can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at escala.official.eg@gmail.com We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund, as appropriate. If you receive a defective product, we may request that you provide us with a photo or a detailed description of the defect before we can process your replacement request.

Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. We also do not offer replacements or refunds for products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear or improper use.
