What size should I order?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited drops and won’t return, but others may be restocked based on demand. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for restock alerts via email.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and within 14 days of receiving your order, we’re happy to process an exchange for a different size.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within Egypt typically arrive in 2–5 business days. For international orders, delivery can take up to 7–14 days depending on your location.

We use premium fabrics like 100% Egyptian cotton, textured waffle knits, and high-grade blends. Each product lists its material breakdown on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping options and costs are available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at [your email or number]. Once it’s out, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Are your items unisex?
Most of our pieces are designed to be unisex. We believe great style isn’t defined by gender — just fit and confidence
Do you have physical stores?
We’re currently online only, but stay tuned — we’re working on an Escala experience space coming soon. We are also selling trough locally's retail stores.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect last-minute gift. You’ll find them under the "Shop All" section.
How should I wash my Escala pieces?
Most items are machine washable on cold, inside out, and should be air-dried. Knits and special pieces have specific care instructions listed on their tags.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped, email us right away. We can help modify or cancel your order. Once it’s shipped, changes aren’t possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We quality-check everything, but if something slips through, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes — our collections are produced in small batches, and we use minimal recyclable packaging to reduce waste.
