Processing Time

  • During high-volume periods (collection launches or sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the day of shipment.

  • Shipping Carrier: We work with trusted local couriers.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Deliveries are made during business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. International shipping options and costs will appear at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on your location.

  • Duties & Taxes: Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
