At Escala, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love every piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
We offer free size exchanges within 14 days, provided the item is in resalable condition.
To request an exchange, email us at escala.official.eg@gmail.com with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item you’d like to exchange
- Preferred replacement size
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks or underwear
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items labeled “final sale”
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will be notified via email once the refund is completed
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Escala is not liable for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at escala.official.eg@gmail.com
- Include clear photos and a description
We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund

- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps
